Scheduling An Appointment

We value the time we have set aside to see and treat your child. We do not double book appointments. If you are not able to keep an appointment, we would appreciate 24-hour notice. There is a charge for missed appointments.


If you are late for your appointment (>15 minutes), we will do our best to accommodate you. However, on certain days it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.


We strive to minimize any wait time; however, emergencies do occur and will take priority over a scheduled visit. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Appointment Request

    Need to see a doctor right away? All you have to do is call us at (479) 478-7200. We make every attempt to be as responsive to your scheduling needs as possible. 


    Once we hear from you, one of our professionals will contact you promptly to confirm the date.

  • Sick Appointments

    We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us when available. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.

  • Well Appointments

    Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.


    Before making a well child check-up appointment, check with your insurance company as to whether the visit will be covered as a healthy (well-child) visit. Also make sure that any vaccines your child will need are covered by your insurance plan.
